Third-degree felony, punishable by:
- up to five years in prison;
- up to five years of probation; and
- up to a $5,000 fine.
HEROIN
Second-degree felony, punishable by:
- up to fifteen years in prison;
- up to fifteen years of probation; and
- up to a $10,000 fine.
Second-degree felony, punishable by:
- up to fifteen years in prison;
- up to fifteen years of probation; and
- up to a $10,000 fine.
METH
Second-degree felony, punishable by:
- up to fifteen years in prison;
- up to fifteen years of probation; and
- up to a $10,000 fine.
